1. Product Description of Nylon Sand
The main raw material of Nylon Sand is polyamide (PA),it is one semi-transparent material.
It can be used in multiple times, finally reduce the production costs, also reduce the defective rate of treated
work-pieces.
Nylon sand has the features of suitable hardness and machinability, it can be polished efficiently without
damaging the surface of the work-piece. It is an ideal sandblasting media for injection parts.

Removal of spilled glue in the electronics industry such as circuit boards,electronic parts;
Clean the epoxy optical detector;
Surface Cleaning for Composite materials: paint and coating removal from glass fiber, carbon fiber and resin
work-pieces.
Mold cleaning such as rubber, plastic, glass and die-casting molds without damaging the dimensional accuracy
of the mold.
Aircraft paint removal: remove most of the aircraft paint, but retain the electroplating layer.
